the days whip by. it's pumpkin season and nearly halloween. i've been engaged in writing stories and editing poems and trying to keep myself away from the bags of candy waiting to be handed over to trick-or-treaters. a full red hunter's moon hung in the sky on wednesday night and then eclipsed in taurus! i've felt a desire to pull away from my day to day routine.
in the meantime, i'm listening with rapture to
moya brennan's new cd entitled "two horizons" which is absolutely breathtaking. i've been a fan of hers since she broke out with the group clannad decades ago. her solo albums have each contained something indispensible to me, but now with "two horizons" she weaves a spell that is transformative!
the weather was lovely on sunday so xavier and i took an autumn walk and got lost in gold.
